Benjamin Twardosz specializes in international tax law and tax planning, corporate reorganizations, tax litigation and criminal tax law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the Austrian Supreme Administrative Court, at a large law firm in Vienna and at a tax advisory firm. He regularly contributes to books and professional journals on tax law and tax litigation, and frequently acts as a lecturer on tax topics domestically and internationally. He is member of the Scientific Committee of the Austrian Federal Chamber of Public Accountants. Benjamin is dually qualified not only as an attorney but also as a Certified Public Tax Advisor.
