About Bartosz Lewandowski
Bartosz Lewandowski is a member of the Corporate/M&A team in Poland. He advises on and coordinates mergers and acquisitions in both private and public markets, advises on and coordinates corporate restructurings and provides ongoing corporate advice to entrepreneurs in connection with their day-to-day business operations. Bartosz is a go-to adviser on transactions involving private equity funds. He has participated in numerous Polish and cross-border transactions at all stages, including conducting and coordinating due diligence processes, negotiating and drafting transaction documentation, advising on closing and post-closing matters. His expertise particularly includes managing complex transactions in the production, healthcare, IT, shipbuilding, automotive and biotechnology sectors. Bartosz is an advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
