About Barnabas Buzasi
Barnabás Buzási is the main contact for Employment and Data protection in Budapest. With more than ten years of experience in this field, Barnabás has in-depth knowledge of the constantly changing Hungarian labour regulations. In addition to handling everyday employment matters, he has experience in employment restructuring, preparation of executive and general employment contracts, employment related litigation, as well as advising on immigration law matters. Barnabás also focuses on data protection law, including data protection compliance, data protection policies and procedures, data transfer in outsourcing projects and M&A transactions, cross-border data transfers and employee monitoring. He also specialises in corporate investigations, compliance, corporate criminal liability/white collar crime, sanctions and asset recovery matters. Barnabás is a regular lecturer on all employment law topics at Corvinus University of Budapest.
