Wolf Theiss advises VOLKSBANK WIEN AG in relation to its issue of EUR 500,000,000 Green Preferred Senior Notes

Vienna, 9 September 2025 – Wolf Theiss comprehensively advised VOLKSBANK WIEN AG on its issue of “EUR 500,000,000 3.625% Fixed-to-Floating Callable Green Preferred Senior Notes due 9 September 2031” (AT000B122403).

VOLKSBANK WIEN AG successfully completed the issue of EUR 500 million green preferred senior notes. The notes have a maturity of six years and were placed with institutional investors and eligible counterparties, with an initial coupon of 3.625% per annum. The denomination is EUR 100,000.00 per note and the notes are listed on the Official Market (Amtlicher Handel) of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on 9 September 2025.
