Wolf Theiss advises Supernova Group on on a key milestone in their capital markets strategy

Vienna, 30 June 2025 – Wolf Theiss advised Supernova Invest GmbH on its issuance of EUR 550,000,000 5.000% Senior Notes due 2030 (ISIN: XS3103692250).

Supernova Invest GmbH completed the issuance of EUR 550 million Senior Notes. The notes were placed with professional investors and eligible counterparties. They carry a coupon of 5.000% per annum and are included in the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Closing took place on 24 June 2025.

Clifford Chance LLP acted as issuer’s counsel to English law, while Linklaters LLP and Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH acted as counsel to the bank syndicate.
