Wolf Theiss advises Raiffeisenverband Salzburg eGen on the issuance of its EUR 250,000,000 3.250% Mortgage Covered Notes
Vienna, 2 September 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Raiffeisenverband Salzburg eGen (“RVS”), in its capacity as issuer, in connection with the successful issuance of “EUR 250,000,000 3.250% Extendable Mortgage Covered Notes due March 2032” (ISIN: AT0000A3WUY6).
RVS successfully completed the issuance of EUR 250 million extendable mortgage covered notes. The notes are due in March 2032 and were placed with institutional investors and eligible counterparties, offering a coupon of 3.250% per annum. They are included in the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on 31 August 2026.
