Wolf Theiss advises Raiffeisen Landesbank Vorarlberg mit Revisionsverband eGen on the issuance of its EUR 300,000,000 3.250% Extendable European Covered Bonds (Premium)
Vienna, 31 August 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Raiffeisen Landesbank Vorarlberg mit Revisionsverband eGen, in its capacity as issuer, in connection with the successful issuance of its “EUR 300,000,000 3.250% European Covered Bonds (Premium) 2026 – 2031″ (ISIN: AT0000A3WV33).
Raiffeisen Landesbank Vorarlberg mit Revisionsverband eGen successfully completed the issuance of EUR 300 million of extendable mortgage covered bonds. The covered bonds have a maturity of five years and were placed with institutional investors and eligible counterparties, offering an initial coupon of 3.250% per annum. They are listed on the Official Market (Amtlicher Handel) of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on 31 August 2026.
