Wolf Theiss advises Raiffeisen Bank International AG on the issuance of EUR 500,000,000 eligible notes
Vienna, 16 February 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Raiffeisen Bank International AG (“RBI”) as to Austrian law on the issuance of “EUR 500,000,000 Callable Fixed to Floating Rate Ordinary Senior Eligible Notes due February 2034 ” (ISIN: XS3295137932).
RBI completed the issuance of eligible notes in the amount of EUR 500 million with a maturity of eight years and an initial coupon of 3.500% per annum. The issuance was placed with institutional investors and eligible counterparties. The eligible notes are listed on the Official Market (Amtlicher Handel) of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on 16 February 2026.
