Wolf Theiss advises Park Lane Rezbarska on construction contract for Estrea Retail Park

Sofia, 3 July 2025 – Wolf Theiss acted as legal counsel to Park Lane Rezbarska, advising on all legal aspects surrounding the main construction contract for Estrea Retail Park, a next-generation retail development project.

The contract, signed on 16 June 2025, covers the construction of Estrea Retail Park, which aims to set a new benchmark in the sector by incorporating advanced sustainability features in accordance with BREEAM certification targets.

Wolf Theiss provided comprehensive legal support for the main construction contract for Estrea Retail Park, including contract structuring, risk allocation and the integration of sustainability requirements (e.g., BREEAM targets) into enforceable legal terms, ensuring alignment with both commercial objectives and ESG commitments.
