Wolf Theiss advises Oberbank AG on the issuance of its EUR 300,000,000 3.625% mortgage covered bonds

Vienna, 15 September 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Oberbank AG in connection with the successful issuance of its “EUR 300,000,000 3.625% Mortgage Covered Bonds due 11 September 2034” (ISIN: AT0000A3X198).

Oberbank AG successfully completed the issuance of EUR 300 million extendable mortgage covered bonds. The bonds mature in September 2034 and were placed with institutional investors and eligible counterparties, offering a coupon of 3.625% per annum. They are listed on the Official Market (Amtlicher Handel) of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on 11 September 2026.
