Wolf Theiss advises NG Nordic and Summa Equity on the sale of Letbek to Matters Group

Warsaw, 23 July 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised NG Nordic and its shareholder, Summa Equity, on the sale of 100% of the shares in Letbek sp. z o.o. to Matters Group. The transaction strengthens Matters Group’s position in the environmental and circular economy services sector and supports its expansion across Nordic and Central European markets.

Wolf Theiss acted as local Polish counsel to the sellers and advised on all Polish legal aspects of the transaction. The mandate included the preparation and negotiation of the share purchase agreement and related transaction documentation, coordination of the transfer of shares in Letbek sp. z o.o., advice on Polish corporate and transactional matters and support throughout the negotiation, signing and closing phases of the transaction. The transaction was closed at the end of June 2026.

Matters Group is a Danish industrial group headquartered in Ribe, specialising in the development and production of plastic solutions for handling water, liquids and gases.
