Wolf Theiss advises Karman Holdings on the acquisition of Walker Precision Engineering Group
Warsaw, 9 September 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Karman Holdings, a US-based provider of next-generation space and defence system, serving more than 150 space and defence programmes worldwide, on the acquisition of Walker Precision Engineering Group, leading provider of more than 500 precision components across 28 defence programmes. The transaction strengthens Karman’s position in tactical missile and air defence subsystems and establishes a platform for growth in the European defence market.
As part of the transaction, Karman acquired Walker Precision Engineering, a provider of advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions serving the space and defence sectors. Operating across Scotland, England and Poland, the business supports more than 25 European tactical missile and air defence programmes for prime contractors with global reach and brings significant capabilities in engineering, materials design, precision machining, electroplating and electromechanical assemblies. With increasing focus on regional security, the acquisition expands Karman’s footprint in Europe and creates new opportunities to leverage its broader portfolio across international markets.
Wolf Theiss acted as Polish counsel to Karman Holdings and advised on the Polish law aspects of the transaction as part of an international legal team led by Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
