Wolf Theiss advises Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG on the issuances of euro and Swiss franc covered bonds

Vienna, 9 September 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG, as issuer, in connection with the successful issuances of “EUR 500,000,000 3.500 per cent. Mortgage Pfandbriefe (Hypothekenpfandbriefe) due 8 September 2033” (ISIN: AT0000A3X0F3) and “CHF 120,000,000 Mortgage Pfandbriefe – 0.8750 per cent. due 31 August 2033” (ISIN: CH1598618937).

Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG successfully completed two issuances of extendable mortgage covered bonds.

The euro-denominated covered bonds have a maturity of seven years and were placed with institutional investors and eligible counterparties in the European Economic Area, offering an initial coupon of 3.500% per annum. They are listed on the Official Market (Amtlicher Handel) of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on 8 September 2026.

The Swiss franc-denominated covered bonds, which also have a maturity of seven years and were offered exclusively to institutional investors and eligible counterparties in Switzerland, offer an initial coupon of 0.875% per annum and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The transaction closed on 31 August 2026.
