Vienna, 11 December 2025 – Wolf Theiss has advised GD Towers on the Austrian aspects of its EUR 7.7 billion refinancing. The transaction involved the establishment of a new common terms financing platform, under which GD Towers’ existing EUR 5.2 billion term, capex and revolving facilities will be provided, as well as a EUR 2.5 billion private placement issued to European and US investors.

The Wolf Theiss team was led by Andreas Schmid and Marika Lomashvili and further included Eva Stadler, Alexander Quendler, Philipp Richter, Maggie Gong and Iris Erlacher.
