Wolf Theiss advises Erste Group Bank AG on its issuance of EUR 1 billion 3.125 per cent Mortgage Pfandbriefe

Vienna, 13 April 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Erste Group Bank AG, as issuer, on the successful issuance of “EUR 1,000,000,000 3.125 per cent. Hypothekenpfandbriefe (Mortgage Pfandbriefe) due 2031” (ISIN: AT0000A3TF46).

Erste Group Bank AG successfully completed the issue of EUR 1 billion in covered bonds. The covered bonds, with a maturity of five years including an option for maturity extension, were placed with institutional investors and eligible counterparties, offering a coupon of 3.125 per cent. per annum. They are listed on the Official Market (Amtlicher Handel) of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on 9 April 2026.
