M&A Talks series: The finance lab

Acquisition finance transactions require close coordination from the earliest deal discussions through to closing. The next edition of the Wolf Theiss M&A Talks series, taking place on Tuesday, 17 November 2026 at 16:30 at The Marmorosch Hotel in Bucharest (New York conference room), will explore the key stages of a transaction, from term sheet to funds flow.

The interactive session will offer practical perspectives on structuring, security, guarantees, fee proposals and the growing role of AI in transaction processes.

Designed as a hands-on workshop, the session will focus on practical tools, real-life challenges and peer discussions rather than lengthy presentations. Through case studies, panel discussions and interactive exercises, participants will explore approaches and solutions they can apply to future transactions.

The event will begin with welcome coffee at 16:00, followed by the interactive workshop from 16:30 to 18:30. Afterwards, participants are invited to continue the discussion and network over a glass of wine at The Marmorosch Hotel.
