Wolf Theiss advises Voxxy in obtaining an early-stage investment by Vitosha Venture Partners

Sofia, 30 March 2022 – Wolf Theiss advised Voxxy’s UK founders in obtaining an early-stage investment by a Bulgarian VC fund.

Voxxy Ltd., a technology start-up based in London, UK, has obtained an investment by Vitosha Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital fund investing in innovative businesses in Bulgaria. Voxxy is developing a simple, intuitive voice-first app to connect listeners and influencers worldwide, where users will be able to create profiles, upload short (less than 60 second) voice recordings and follow and interact with one another.

The Wolf Theiss team provided legal assistance to Voxxy on all matters, which included corporate structuring, support during the negotiation process and closing of the investment agreement, governed by Bulgarian law.

Under the lead of Boryana Filimonova, Wolf Theiss provided support on employment, regulatory and corporate issues. The team consisted of Zhulieta Markova, Miroslav Yonov and Kalina Pangeva.
