About Zoltan

Zoltán Bódog is a member of the Corporate/M&A team in Budapest. He focuses on corporate, real estate & construction law, as well as infrastructure and natural resources. He assists clients primarily in drafting corporate documents and court submissions as well as in conducting due diligence procedures in M&A transactions. Zoltán is particularly experienced in transactions related to various real estate properties, e.g. shopping malls, office buildings, warehouses and green field properties. His expertise includes real estate financings, associated due diligence activities as well as real estate aspects of developing PV power plants.
