About Sylwia Stalenczyk-Janc

Sylwia Staleńczyk-Janc is a member of the Corporate M&A team in Poland. Sylwia has handled a wide range of transactions, including both asset and share deals, for Polish and international clients at all stages of the projects – from conducting and coordinating due diligence, negotiating and drafting transaction documentation, closing to providing post-closing advice. Her clients include companies in various sectors, such as IP, technology, FMCG and healthcare. She also provides advice on corporate law and has taken part in many enterprise restructuring projects, including mergers, divisions and reorganisations. She regularly advises clients on day-to-day business operations. In addition, Sylwia has experience in handling civil, corporate and criminal litigation for corporate clients and shareholders. Sylwia is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
