About Staniella Todorova
Staniella Todorova is a qualified Bulgarian attorney-at-law and member of the Corporate/M&A team in Sofia. She has broad expertise in commercial and corporate law matters and specialises in drafting and negotiating contracts, due diligences, in private equity investments and advising on SPA and SHA negotiations. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Staniella gained experience as an attorney-at-law at a local law firm with a focus on corporate, M&A, data protection and e-commerce.
