About Ondrej Benes
Ondřej Beneš is the main contact for employment matters in Prague. His expertise spans all areas of employment and labour law, with a focus on complex cases involving internal reorganisations, employee transfers, collective redundancy processes and negotiations with trade unions. Ondřej advises large national and multinational companies in industry sectors including FMCG, manufacturing and pharmaceutical. He is particularly active in the hotel and leisure industry, where he has advised – besides employment matters – on hotel management agreements or vendor contracts. With over 11 years of experience at major local and international law firms, Ondřej also advises clients in M&A, commercial law and data protection matters.
