About Michal Zajaczkowski
Michał Zajączkowski has extensive experience in advising clients in different sectors of the real estate market including retail, office, logistics and production. His experience includes the closing of property sale transactions and share deals, negotiating and finalizing leases, property financing as well as advising on different matters relating to operation and development of properties. Additionally, he has taken part in different infrastructure projects, including those based on the PPP model, with regard to their structure, real property aspects, corporate, environmental and different regulatory matters.
