About Lukas
Lukas Plösch specialises in cross-border M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital investments and general issues of Austrian corporate law. Before joining Wolf Theiss as a senior associate, he worked in an international law firm in Vienna and at a law firm in Linz with a focus on insolvency law and corporate law. During his studies at Johannes Kepler University Linz, he was able to gain two semesters of international experience at the University of North Georgia/USA as part of the ISEP Exchange Program.
