About Luciana Tache
Luciana Tache is a member of the Corporate/M&A team of the Bucharest office. She specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law and has advised clients in several industries on M&A transactions, intragroup restructurings such as mergers and transfer of business, as well as with regard to day to day assistance on commercial aspects. She is often involved in life science projects, assisting clients with navigating the Romanian regulatory requirements as well as with setting up their business in Romania.
