Ingrid Makarius is a member of the Procurement team and specialises in public procurement law, public commercial law and contract law. Ingrid has substantial experience in handling public procurement procedures from soup to nuts, advising national and international contractors, bidders and public contracting entities in review proceedings, advising on PPP-projects and the preparation of tender documents, as well as in holding procurement related compliance trainings. Ingrid has worked as an in-house lawyer in the core public procurement law team at the Technical University in Vienna and therefore has direct knowledge of procurement procedures of public entities. Ingrid is the co-author of numerous specialist articles and a best practice guide on the 2006 Austrian Public Procurement Law. Ingrid is admitted to the bar in Austrian and is a certified crisis and disaster manager.
