Ingrid is a member of the Procurement team and has wide experience in public procurement law, contract law and compliance. She is an expert in advising contracting authorities and bidders in complex tender procedures (including project management) and regularly represents clients in review proceedings before the Austrian public procurement reviewing authorities. In addition, Ingrid frequently advises bidders on their participation in tender procedures (including best strategy, risk assessments, legal project management, communication with contracting authorities, etc.). She also advises national and international clients in compliance matters, in particular related to public procurement law ("self-cleaning measures", CMS, compliance strategies, white collar crime issues related to tender procedures etc.). Ingrid is the author of numerous publications on public procurement law and compliance, and regularly lectures on these topics. She is admitted to the bar in Austria and is a certified crisis manager.
