About Elisabeth
Elisabeth Pötscher is a member of the Real Estate team in Vienna. She specialises in real estate transactions and advises clients on the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate as well as on the development of real estate, and also handles sales in accordance with the Property Development Contract Act (Bauträgervertragsgesetz). Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Elisabeth was an associate at another Viennese law firm, where she provided legal advice on major real estate transactions and project developments.
