About Dora
Dora Gaži Kovačević is the main contact for employment matters in Zagreb and also advises on competition law matters. Dora has significant expertise in the areas of corporate, finance and employment law and often takes the lead in large M&A transactions. She is the author of several articles published in leading national and international legal publications and occasionally lectures at the University of Split Faculty of Law on commercial and employment law topics. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss in 2008, Dora worked with a prominent Zagreb based law firm. She was also a legal associate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. In that position she participated in the work of the negotiation team for Croatia’s accession to the EU in the area of competition and free movement of capital, and as a lecturer of European law.
