About Delia Dumitrescu

Delia Dumitrescu specialises primarily in the areas of M&A, corporate, commercial and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience in supporting domestic and international clients in multidisciplinary projects, including cross-border deals, while also providing strategic guidance for day-to-day business operations. Her practice covers the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction instruments, post-closing integration and governance restructuring.
Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Delia gained valuable experience at a top international law firm and two Romanian law firms.
