About Dana Toma
Dana Toma specialises in real estate, mergers and acquisitions and commercial and environmental law. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Dana headed the legal departments of two international real estate companies, where she was responsible for the acquisition, development and operation of real estate projects (such as office buildings, shopping centres and hotels), and was involved in all business aspects ranging from permits, contractual negotiations, due diligence, land acquisitions, construction and infrastructure, to fiscal matters, leasing, property management, VAT recovery, intellectual property, environment protection, GDPR, etc. Dana was also involved in their general day-to-day operations and advised on leases, supply agreements, construction issues and corporate matters for other clients.
