About Bartlomiej Zatonski

Bartłomiej Zatoński is a member of the Real Estate & Construction team in Poland. He has significant experience in advising international clients on sale and purchase transactions of commercial real estates of various types, such as logistic parks, retail properties and office properties. Bartłomiej provides legal assistance to clients at all stages of transactions, including conducting legal due diligence examinations, negotiating and comprehensively preparing miscellaneous agreements and other transaction documentation, as well as providing legal support during investment processes (including, inter alia, providing legal assistance in the course of obtaining required permits, negotiating construction contracts, etc.).
Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, he cooperated with an internationally-known law firm where he handled cases related to real estate trading and public procurement, and cooperated with the legal department of a group of construction companies operating in the CEE region. Bartłomiej is an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association.
