Wolf Theiss advises Stage Capital on the sale of the Galeria Nad Jeziorem shopping centre in Konin to Saller Group

Warsaw, 3 September 2025 – Wolf Theiss advised Stage Capital, an independent private equity firm specialising in direct and complex investments, on the sale of the Galeria Nad Jeziorem shopping centre in Konin, with around 21,000 sqm gla to Saller Group.

Galeria Nad Jeziorem was opened in 2002 and extended in 2018. It is anchored by Carrefour and provides customers with access to a wide range of popular Polish and international brands, including Bricomarché, Martes Sport, Sinsay, Rossmann, Pepco, CCC and Euro RTV AGD. It also has a large Helios cinema. To date, the property has been managed by the Balmain Group.

In 2024, Galeria Nad Jeziorem was visited by 2.8 million customers. It has seen stable footfall growth in recent years.
