Wolf Theiss advises Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. on its EUR 300 million green bond issuance

Vienna, 2 July 2025 – Wolf Theiss advised Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. on its issuance of EUR 300,000,000 4.191% 6NC5 Green Non-Preferred Senior Eligible Notes due 2031 (ISIN: XS3107139373).

Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. completed the issuance of EUR 300 million Green Non-Preferred Senior Eligible Notes. The notes were placed with professional clients and eligible counterparties. They carry a coupon of 4.191% per annum and are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on 1 July 2025.

Following the tender offer and the simultaneous new issuance of Ordinary Senior Eligible Notes by Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. (RBHR), this is the second transaction in 2025 where Wolf Theiss has advised a bank in the Raiffeisen banking network on the issuer side.
