Property Forum publishes ranking of the 50 most influential figures in Poland’s real estate sector
Wolf Theiss is pleased to announce that Partner Tomasz Stasiak has been named among the 50 most influential people in Poland’s real estate market by Property Forum. Now in its third edition, the annual Poland TOP 50 list recognises individuals shaping the direction of the real estate sector through their market activity, strategic influence and thought leadership. As part of this recognition, Tomasz was interviewed on the current state of the Polish real estate market, offering a legal perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing investors and developers.
In the interview, Tomasz highlights the stability and predictability of Poland’s legal framework, noting that legal risks remain relatively limited compared to other jurisdictions in the region. He also addresses the growing role of ESG obligations, the cautious return of capital to the market and the evolving financing landscape, where banks are showing renewed interest in stable assets. With Poland’s domestic capital becoming increasingly visible and new zoning regulations on the horizon, Tomasz emphasises the importance of legal foresight and adaptability. He also outlines Wolf Theiss’ growing involvement in data centre and BESS projects, reflecting the firm’s commitment to supporting clients in emerging asset classes.
