Wolf Theiss is pleased to invite you to the 11th edition of the Privacy Buzz Sessions, our signature roundtable series dedicated to the most relevant developments and challenges in the field of data protection.

The event will be hosted, as always, by Flavius Florea and Nina Lazar from the Wolf Theiss TMT, IP & Data Protection practice and will take place on Thursday, 23 October 2025, starting at 9:30 a.m., at our Bucharest office – 4 Vasile Alecsandri Street, The Landmark, Building A, 4th Floor.

• European Data Protection Board Guidelines 3/2025 on the interplay between the Digital Services Act and the GDPR
• Joint Guidelines issued by the European Data Protection Board and the European Commission on the interplay between the Digital Markets Act and the GDPR
