Warsaw, 1 July 2019 – Grzegorz Skowroński has been promoted to Partner at the Warsaw office of Wolf Theiss, as part of the law firm’s continued growth in Central Europe’s biggest market.

Grzegorz Skowroński, a member of the firm’s Polish Real Estate and Construction team, joined Wolf Theiss in the end of 2015. Before the promotion, he was a Counsel at the law firm’s Warsaw office, advising clients on the entire property development process, starting from planning, through execution, to purchase and sale contracts. He has extensive experience with real estate M&A transactions and development deals, as well as joint ventures, leases and general construction agreements.

“Grzegorz has been one of the pillars of our Real Estate team during the strong growth of the practice in past years,” said Tomasz Stasiak, Co-Managing Partner and Head of the Real Estate and Construction Practice at Wolf Theiss Warsaw. “There are more exciting projects ahead of us in this dynamically growing real estate sector. Grzegorz Skowroński was the lead lawyer and direct contact in several top real estate transactions in Poland in recent years. He provides legal advice on a regular basis to clients such as Goldman Sachs, Savills Investment Management, Cromwell Property Group, BaseCamp, 7R, 6b47, Linkcity and others. He manages strategic real estate projects for prominent investment banks in Poland.
