Wolf Theiss invites you to the next edition of our M&A Talks series: Macro to micro market dynamics and impact on M&A, on Wednesday, 3 December 2025, starting at 17:00, at the Marmorosch Hotel, Bucharest (New York conference room).

Join us for a focused discussion on the evolving landscape of Mergers & Acquisitions, examined through the lens of macro and micro market dynamics. From the US to China and across Europe, the world as we know it has changed. An international economist with both global and local insights, private equity experts and M&A lawyers will outline key economic and business trends, related challenges, risks and opportunities, as well as recent legal developments shaping M&A activity.
