In less than a year employers across the EU will face the new reality of mandatory transparent remuneration structures, new reporting obligations and easier enforcement for employees. Companies have limited time left to analyse and adjust their remuneration structures, close pay gaps and set up reporting before 07 June 2026, the implementation deadline for the Pay Transparency Directive.
