CapVest Partners acquires majority stake in STADA with legal support from Wolf Theiss

Belgrade, 7 April 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised CapVest Partners LLP on all Serbian law aspects of the acquisition of a majority stake in STADA from Bain Capital and Cinven. The deal was completed on 31 March 2026.

STADA is a leading healthcare and pharmaceuticals company headquartered in Bad Vilbel, Germany, specialising in consumer healthcare, generics and specialty pharmaceuticals. Its Serbian subsidiaries include, among others, Hemofarm, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of medical products in CEE/SEE.
