With almost ten years of experience in international law firms, Bartosz Kopik is well-versed in advising clients active on the Polish and international real estate markets. He regularly represents investors and developers in both buy and sell sides transactional projects (share and asset deals) in the logistics, office and retail sectors. He also has extensive experience regarding acquisition of land and thoroughly understands the development process (including general construction agreements and permitting). Bartosz frequently advises owners of commercial properties concerning lease agreements as well as banks financing acquisitions of office and retail real estates. In addition, he often advises foreign European government in the area of reforming rules of real estate registry.
