Ramona Hromei is a member of the Banking & Finance team. Ramona specializes in banking, corporate finance and bankruptcy issues. She has advised international corporations and credit institutions on a variety of matters, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance and overflow credit facilities, with a special focus on project finance. Her expertise also includes advising various creditors with respect to complex insolvency related matters. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Ramona also worked as in-house lawyer with several leading credit institutions. She is a qualified insolvency practitioner and a member of the National Union of Practitioners in Insolvency. Ramona is admitted to the Bucharest bar.
