Klemen Radosavljević is a member of the Corporate, Competition & Antitrust and Projects team in Ljubljana. Klemen joined Wolf Theiss in 2008 and has been working in the areas of banking & finance, corporate/M&A, energy & infrastructure and regulatory law, including competition, banking and insurance regulatory matters. His career experience includes advising on various financing and capital markets transactions, banking regulatory as well as a wide range of corporate / M&A matters. Klemen also regularly advises on Slovenian competition law issues. Klemen graduated from the University of Ljubljana and obtained a master of laws (LL.M.) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
