Flaviu Nanu is a member of the Real Estate, Energy and Infrastructure practice groups of the Bucharest office. He has more than fifteen years of professional experience in the legal field, across multiple practice areas. He is specialized in real estate law, energy, as well as in mergers and acquisitions. Over the course of his legal career, Flaviu has assisted national and international clients on significant real estate projects, for the acquisition, development and operation of residential, office and retail facilities in Romania. He has also advised clients in the energy field, on the development, financing and operation of energy projects - renewable, conventional, nuclear energy, cogeneration and waste-to-energy.
