About Magdalena
Magdalena Ziembicka focuses on employment law matters related to contract design, restructurings, corporate M&As, cross-border employment, as well as employee data protection. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Magdalena worked at another law firm in Vienna. She teaches courses on employment law and HR management at the University of Applied Sciences in Burgenland, lectures at seminars on employment and data protection law topics organised by Institut Manfred Hämmerle (imh) and co-authored a number of publications on employment law.
