About Katarzyna

Katarzyna Miszkiel is a member of the Corporate M&A team in Poland. She specialises in comprehensive corporate advisory, M&A transactions, local and international corporate restructurings, corporate governance issues as well as general advisory in the field of commercial law. Katarzyna advised on numerous Polish and international reorganization processes, including mergers, transformations and divisions of companies. She also participated in numerous domestic and international transactional projects, both at the due diligence stage and during the preparation and negotiation of transactional documentation. Moreover, she supports clients in various corporate disputes.

Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, she worked at a renowned Polish law firm. Katarzyna is an advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
