About Hanna

Hanna Gerstner is a member of the Competition & Antitrust team. Her practice includes the preparation of merger control notifications at a national and EU level and the coordination of merger control proceedings in multiple jurisdictions. Hanna has also gained value expertise in cartel cases and in the preparation of leniency applications. Her industry experience includes, inter alia, information technology, pharmacy, retail and wholesale supply, construction and chemical. Before joining Wolf Theiss as an Associate, Hanna gained professional experience working for a renowned law firm and at several courts in Vienna during her legal clerkship.
