About Dita

As a member of our Tax team, Dita Šulcová specialises in direct and indirect taxes, international taxation, tax structuring of M&A transactions and tax restructuring. Her profound experience in cross-border and national projects, project financing cases and financial services matters has allowed her to advise a wide range of notable international clients on their acquisitions or business restructurings. Dita is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic and the International Fiscal Association. She actively participates in expert debates on tax reforms and contributes to seminars for tax professionals, including lectures at the Institute for International Research or Czech Franchising Association. Moreover, Dita authored and co-authored various articles and publications, including the KLUWER M&A Handbook: Corporate Acquisitions and Mergers, Czech Republic (Chapters on Taxation and Accounting), among others.
