Anton Fischer is a dual qualified corporate/M&A lawyer - Attorney at law Austria / Solicitor (England & Wales) - and member of the Brexit desk at Wolf Theiss. He specializes in corporate law, joint ventures, transactions, cross border reorganization as well as contract law. Prior to joining the firm, Anton gained valuable experience while working for other top law firms in Austria, the UK and Singapore. Parallel to his engagement at Wolf Theiss, Anton regularly lectures at the University of Birmingham and acts as a Visiting Lecturer at several Austrian universities on international law topics as well as Brexit developments and implications.
