Newssquare A Munka Törvénykönyve adatvédelmi tárgyú módosítása

Hosszabb szünet után ismét adatvédelmi tárgyú törvénytervezetet nyújtott be a Kormány a Parlament részére, amelyet az Országgyűlés közel két hónappal a benyújtást követően el is fogadott. Az Info tv. nyári módosítása után "az Európai Unió adatvédelmi reformjának végrehajtása érdekében szükséges törvénymódosításokról" szóló javaslat ("Módosítás") közel 90 szektoriális jogszabály adatvédelmi tárgyú módosítását tartalmazza. A Módosítás a Munka Törvénykönyvét ("Mt.") is több ponton érinti.
