Wolf Theiss strengthens its data protection practice with new hires

Bogdan Arsene, an associate attorney with almost 10 years of experience, Bogdan specializes in national as well as international data protection legislation. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Bogdan held the position of Data Protection Consultant for one of the largest telecom groups in Romania, where he conducted data breach investigations, risk assessment procedures and implemented specific data protection procedures according to the data protection legislation and GDPR. Bogdan holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2008.

Denise Badea, an associate attorney, Denise specializes in data protection, commercial litigation, banking & finance, and insurance matters. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Denise worked as in-house lawyer for several financial services companies in Romania and also collaborated with a national law firm. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2012.

Oana Chiosea, an associate attorney, Oana specializes in data protection and civil and corporate law. Oana is also experienced in dispute resolution and employment law matters. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Oana collaborated with a prestigious Romanian law firm. She holds a Bachelor of Law and an LL.M. in Employment and Industrial Relations Law from the University of Bucharest. Oana has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2013.
