In a session held on 26 February 2020, the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH Constitutional Court / FBiH ) found that Art. 9 of the Amendments of the Labour Law adopted in 2018, which regulates the procedure for the protection of employment-related rights, is not in accordance with the FBiH Constitution. Accordingly, the unconstitutional amendment is not applicable as of the day of publication of the decision in the FBiH Official Gazette (Official Gazette of FBiH, no. 23/2020 dated 3 April 2020), and Art. 114 of the Labour Law should be applicable in its original text therefrom.
